Своё Жильё, developed by АО Российский Сельскохозяйственный банк, is a mobile application that helps you find a suitable mortgage program and submit your application without leaving your home.
The app is designed to save you time by minimizing visits to the bank and waiting for application approvals. We have reduced personal meetings to just one - for signing the contract. Everything else, from submitting the application to tracking its status, can be done right from your phone.
The app offers the following features:
- A list of mortgage programs with detailed descriptions
- Calculation of monthly payment amounts and repayment terms using the calculator
- Mortgage selection based on your financial capabilities
